HELP SIMS 4 IS BEEN WEIRD AGAIN

HELP! Today December 20 2024, i saw that ea had and update so i updated my game and load up the game all was fine, i started a new save and was creating my sim without all cc in the mods folder but when it ask my to choose a residenal world to live in I am unable to select anything BECAUSE i see none of my worlds, and mind u i have all sims 4 packs, i dont even see willow creek. Additionally when i go to previous save which i had played before to see if it would work and yk hopefully load me into a world i had previously played in before it sends me to the menu asking my to choose a residential world, i cant use manage household BECAUSE apparently i dont have anyone in my saves which is a lie nor in the world, no bella, no nancy, TOWNIES. WHATS HAPPENING?! HELLLLP ANNNND yes i have tried deleting localthumbcahe
