Help!! Why does it look like this on the screen?

Sul sul!!

I recently purchased 2 new game packs, and after installing and starting, this is what my "control panel" (what is it called??) looks like. Any idea why it is doing this and how to fix it? I have tried adjusting my graphics as well as changing the display size and nothing works.

@honeybradley I've got a picture of this issue in the Mod/CC Issues master post . 99% of the time for this specific UI issue, you need to update UI Cheats Extension. You'll want to check mods like that one for updates after patches, especially major ones. There's a pinned topic to help support that here.

Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game in a new save.
If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.
