Hi i am a newbie to mods and i really would like the pregnancy overhaul mod, however when i did install it, it didn't work and caused the connection to stop in the game, when i opened the mods folder i saw there was internet link something in there, should i delete when i install?( i have deleted the mods i just dont know how to successfully install them)

Please read the install instructions where you got it.
There should be a .package file and/or a .ts4script file in there. Maybe you right-clicked save on the download link and it was taking you to another download page and not the actual mod? a .lnk should be deleted, yes.
There should be instructions on the site where you downloaded it. There are also support links.
(I have this mod, assuming we're both talking about Lumpinou's mod, and it downloads as a .zip that you extract into your mods folder.)
I think i found out why , i was downloading the v.6 version but i cant find the v.7 only the v.75 which is not out yet, i am looking on her download and the option for v.7 isn't there,
i am m pretty sure i am on lumpinous website tho
