Help With Sims 4 Ripper!

I'm trying to work the sims 4 ripper and for some reason my game files are denied access to the sims 4 ripper. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it but nothing is working. I cant access my saves or cc, which is not allowing me to pull up a sim at all! I've tried to go into the sims 4 ripper setup as well and change it manually but when I pressed my documents folder there was nothing there ☹️ . PLEASE someone help me I really want to use sim ripper!
