I have the sims 4 and like a million add ons as well as mods and I play on mac. I hadn’t played in like months and then tried to get on last night and everything was fine (outside of me having to red...
@DarrianW98 When you test in a new folder, you're by definition testing without mods. If you have households loading in that fresh folder, you can start re-adding your mods from the old folder you removed into the new Mods folder the game has created, and testing as you go. This is a good time to check for known Broken/Updated Mods and rechecking installation instructions.
Just for more clarity on my end, when I moved the sims 4 file to the desktop it kept the mod folder filled with mods I already have, should I be removing those and essentially redownloading them? I’m at work now but I’ll try whatever you suggest later.
