Helppp Sims Wont Load

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.85.203.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Get to work, Cats and dogs, city life, seasons, first pet, outdoor retreat, and moschino pack
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have no idea ☹️((( but like pleaseeee ive spent sm money and time
What happens when the bug occurs? Cant play my game the screen never loads into gameplay
What do you expect to see? my game workk ☹️((

Please describe the patch or change you made. I removed all the mods i thought would be conflicting

hello I went to play sims once the update came. First I enabled mods and restarted my game. So I went back in the game and i click load game and the game just had the loading screen and it  never loaded I restarted my whole computer and game again. Ive done this around 5 times but it never works. So then i removed all my mods that might need updating but that still didnt work. Today i went to see if it was fixed and it wasnt so i went to disable mods but whenever i go to the settings area i only have three options and when i click on them its just white. Idk what to do i swear this always happens to me right when im getting deep into my legacy. Plz help me bc this game is my escape from life. Also sorry for the "i" i got too lazy. i had had tos of bugs example couldnt see events or see tasks that had to be done in get to work and my sims couldnt sleep in a bed... made them sleep in a tent but i overlooked those things bc i love the game sm.

    1) Move the Mods Folder to your desktop

    2) Delete the localthumbcache.package file in the game folder. This is important because it can contain bits of corrupted data even after you remove your CC/Mods! This is found in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4.

    3) Fix you game in Origin by logging in and go to Library, then right-click on The Sims 4 and choose the "Repair Game" option from the list. Wait until Origin finishes repairing all your packs and not just the base game.

    4) Now, when you turn on your game again, it will create a new mods folder that will be empty. Check to see if your game is now working without mods/CC.

    5) Now you can try adding back items from your Mods folder one at a time checking your game each time to see which item is causing your game to not work properly. If you have a lot of items, you can try the 50/50 Method, working in batches to see which CC item or Mod is the culprit. (You could have multiple items causing problems.)

    The CC/Mods creators will usually update the CC items and Mods after these updates, so when you find out which one is the culprit, you can get the updated version from whoever made that item of CC in the first place. You should try these steps anytime you have problems in your game to rule out CC/Mods problems. It is the responsibility of the Mods/CC creators to update their items anytime EA releases a patch/update, and it is the responsibility of the people who use Mods/CC to make sure they are using the most recent version.
