Henford on Bagley glitch

Everytime I travel to Henford on Bagley the loading screen and music start glitching. Any homes that I have there can't invite friends over and there are just multiple problems with it. I do have custom content but it does not seem related at all. All other homes not in that area work perfectly fine. I am beyond frustrated with this game because I literally just paid for it and I can't even use that part of it. So, if anyone knows how to fix it that would be great because I'm fed up.

    @Sheaheas 

    Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game
    If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.

    Yep, that worked, thank you. I usually try to not do file things because I've deleted a lot of thing somehow, but yours worked.
