@emccm123 If you use mods, remove all of them (mod folder should be empty).
After that, remove the file "localthumbcache.package" and try again without mods.
If this work there is a broken mod

I tried that already and still having this issue
- 3 years ago@emccm123 Okay, now try a clean game.
To do this, move the complete "The Sims 4" folder from your Userfolder (C:\Users\YourUsername\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\)
to your desktop, and try again.
When Starting the Game the folder will be created again.- 3 years ago
It worked! Thanks for your help! I’m going to slowly add back my mods and cc and hopefully the issue doesn’t happen again. Do you know what causes that?
