Henford-On-Bagley not accessible

I bought some sims 4 DLC, Cottage Living and though the map is accessible nothing in the map itself actually works. It's just blank without labels or anything. Anyone else having this issue?

I found a guide and repaired the game, but the issue still persists lastly.

@mneakie Question Marks too ? Have you tested if it occurs on a new save still as well ?

Yes the question marks still appear as well. I think this seems like it's missing content. Do you think this can actually be fixed or should I try to get a refund?

@mneakie It's probably something about the game installation. You could try reinstalling.
