Home Chef Gameplay Issues

I played the game today after downloading the new Home Chef Hustle pack and am feeling very frustrated. I own all the content ever put out by EA except the poolside kit. After putting in several hours of game time tonight my game basically froze. Not sure if it matters but my Sim was working on building a spaceship in her backyard when this occurred. It went into fullscreen mode on its own while I had it set to play in windowed mode and all the UI from the bottom of the screen disappeared. I couldn't pause the game, couldn't see any icons or the Sim in the lower left or anything. I tried exiting out and my computer screen turned completely white. I couldn't get to my PC desktop, couldn't get any response from anything. I was about to hit the dreadful power down button when the screen came back online ... but the game didn't.  Still no UI at the bottom. So I just shut down the game for the night until I find out what the heck happened. Hopefully the game is not going to damage or crash my PC!!??  Also during gameplay here are some of the many frustrating issues I experienced today.

Issue 1: I am playing with a single Sim who has no kids and is not pregnant. She is living in Oasis Springs and townies were calling her asking to stay for a few days or to come help out with infant care numerous times. It was very annoying and immersion breaking. I'm thinking it is some kind of glitch from the new game pack.  I am playing with no mods or CC.

Issue 2: every Sim that walks by my house wants to come kick over the trash can and throw garbage everywhere giving my Sim negative moodlets for being near dirty surroundings

Issue 3: the waffles in my inventory as a packed lunch spoiled before I could eat them after work

Issue 4: I directed my Sim to cook a pizza in the new pizza oven and right after she put it in the oven to cook she autonomously went to another counter and started cooking waffles. She doesn't need two meals for herself as a single Sim!

Issue 5: I directed her to sit down to eat a piece of pizza and she took out waffles from her inventory to eat while sitting at the table with the plate of pizza instead of eating the pizza.

Issue 6: She is insisting on taking her dirty dishes outside to the far side of the lot to lay down on random surfaces rather than wash them in a sink or put them in the dishwasher right next to her in the kitchen. 

Issue 7: NPCs are showing up randomly on my lot in extremely angry moods raging and stomping around for no reason.  These Sims are also letting themselves into my house and ranting.

Issue 8: The wind turbine on the lot has been breaking every single Sim day.

Issue 9: an elder Sim NPC showed up on my porch and sat down so I started talking to her and invited her to play chess. Even though it was in the middle of a hot day, it turns out this Sim was a vampire! (In Oasis Springs!) I didn't know until she became angry at losing the game of chess and turned into a bat then flew to my front window and was doing what I can only guess looked like trying to curse my hedges for several hours before leaving.

Issue 10: it seems like my Sim's hunger need has spiked off the chart. She is hungry again only a couple of hours after eating a meal to the point that I can't direct her to do much of anything because she keeps wanting to stop the action to go use the new cooking appliances. I mean... I'm excited about them too but we need to get other things done! 

There were other issues, but these were the most annoying. I hope these things are going to be fixed soon because I can't risk having my PC freeze up like that again.
