Hope this is the right place! How do I pose sims?

I asked this in another forum and was directed here (I think they meant here). I downloaded some S4 poses but am not quite understanding how to utilise them in game. What do I need to do? Next ques...

I've always wanted to make poses for our Sims, raven1281 how can we replace or at least temporarily modify existing animations in game? :)

I wanna do a sweet/romantic couple's pose :)

What programs did you used? S4 Studio + Blender? I thought these can only pose for our Sims only in CAS
