Household Not In World But Is In Main Menu

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? version 1.82.99.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Get famous pack, Holiday celebration pack
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? THE world portal
What happens when the bug occurs? When the bug occurs, my household doesn't come up even though their all save and come up on the main menu in load game.
What do you expect to see? household should be able to be played
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Even after deleting all my mods and custom content it still wasn't working.  I Tried repairing and uninstalling the app in origin but was unable to click it.
