Household won’t load

I load up my game and everything is fine, until i press play on a certain household. At first I thought it may be the save in general as it loaded households fine on other saves. Then i loaded up another household on the same save and it worked. 

I thought it could be a mods/cc issue as i use quite a few but when i removed them the problem still occurred. I’ve tried repairing the game but it doesn’t fix the issue.

I even tried recovering a save file from earlier and still the household wouldn’t load.

every other household is fine except this one and i’m lost at what the issue could be.
