Same for me. ☹️ I really don't know what to do.

Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game in a new save.
If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken. I’ve already done this and it still doesn’t work

Did you delete localthumbcache.package? Do you still have all mods out? If so what happens when you create a new game?
- @jpkarlsen Yes I’ve done all this. It does the same thing with a new save

To be specific when you in CAS click the checkmark to save the household you just created and start playing. Does it crash there or are you able to chose a house to move into and it then crash?
- @jpkarlsen Currently I somehow got the household/lot to load so I can play but now the bottom panel is glitchy and I can’t read any of it

You need to remove your mods as I previously posted.
It is likely UI cheats and this has been updated. So if you have that download the new version.

What if updating and taking out your mods don’t work? I looked at the mods that have been updated and updated them and took out the ones that haven’t been updated (even if it was reported to not break the game) and repaired it via origin
