Households not appearing after High School patch

I've already tried the opening method that was suggested, and my households will not reappear. My load button still shows up, and clearly the selections are there, but when it loads all the households are gone. What is going on???

I'm running a Mac Monterey version, and I've already restarted my computer. This has started happening since the most recent update.

Also, I'm not seeing the ne venue for the High School years pack
