Households won’t launch

As soon as I’m trying to load an old save or creating a new family, i get an ”failed to load error code 102..”. After some reaserch it said that you get that error code because of some old cc. I updated everything and then tested all my mods (one by one) and everything seems fine, because now my households launches. But when I put all my mods back in my mods folder, I get the error code agan! 

I have tried to repair the game, deleted old mods and cc, deleded avatarcache and localthumbcache. I have enabled mods and cc in game options too…
But the game still does not work! I don’t know what else to do, someone please help me.
