@Brexoxo That's unfortunately no lastException, it's a fragment of a lastCrash.txt containing a memory dump from the TS4.exe. There is no human outside EA, who can decrypt those messages. The clear text information you can read doesn't contain any data regarding the source of the issue.
Best guess is bad cc or mod. So if you've added anything new since your last stable session, you'll need to look into them.
