It looks like you are playing with Custom Careers. Many of them broke with yesterday's patch. You should check with the site you downloaded them from to see if they have been updated.
Edited to add that Neia has not updated the career tool yet, so you may want to keep an eye on this thread. Until she fixes the tool, no one can update their careers.
