What is your sim doing when this error is generated ?

she had just gone to an event where they were offering free food and drinks. so i sent her to a bar in Windenburg and thats where I got the error the first time. The second time I got it was just as she was arriving home from the event (she was just standing on the sidewalk).. There are no others sims in her household currently.
ETA: I did repair the game and clear the cache, and I've yet to get the error. I may have solved it myself.
