It can be anything. It can be they walking normally. I have multiple sims in the household so I can't see them at the same time. For example, when my I gave my sim a command to go to the toilet, an error appeared. And another one when I sent him to bed. It's like with random actions, more than a specific thing.
If you have cc/mods in your game @Pilichan , move your whole mods folder to the desktop. Then start the game and see if the issues are still there. If it has helped with the issues, put your mods/ CC back into the newly generated mods folder that is in the sims 4 folder one by one or in batches and testing after each one to see which is the causes of the problem.
