How can I interpret the last exception file?

Hi, may I please receive help with this exception I experience? It occurs as soon as the game loads onto the lot of the family I want to play. I have 1) removed all my mods and cc, 2) deleted the thumb cache, and 3) repaired my game files. It's still showing up.
