luthienrising is right! The others clearly don't know how game updates and computers work, sorry but I cant put it any nicer than that. Also luthienrising does a forum page every major update where they collect information on broken and obsolete mods/cc and does an excellent job of keeping it updated and keeping people in the know. Just google it or click on their profile, should be an easy find.

Personally I recommend not updating your game for a few days then updating them and the game when you see fit. Tad annoying to deal with but that is sims 4 in a nutshell.
