How can I unlock these Strangerville CAS parts without mods?

Hey, I'm trying to figure out how to get these assets in CAS for a scifi world I'm building..

This picture is by modder Rebel Creators I believe but do you know how to get them without mods?

I already tried cas.unlockbytag gp07 in CAS.
