How do I easily see and delete CC from the game?

Hi,

Is there a way to see and delete custom content items easily?

I have so much CC I don't use and wanna delete but don't know how.

In the sims 2 I remember I could delete CC items while in-game, but in the sims 4 I can only do it directly from the mods folder so I can't see what I am deleting. 

Any suggestions?
