How do I fix my Sims 4 broken UI?

@madabanana  Does this happen with any mods or custom content present at all?  Please test with just one file, and if you still see the issue, take out that file and test with a different one.  Delete localthumbcache.package each time you add or remove content as well.

No, if I move everything out of my mods folder including resource.cfg it fixes it, so I tried each file and the problem still showed up every time. 

@madabanana  Please move the entire Mods folder to the desktop, letting the game spawn a new one, and add a mod to that folder to test.

If you still see the issue, try changing the in-game resolution and switching between fullscreen and windowed mode.  Both options are with the other graphics settings.

If that doesn't help either, please let me know what version of the game you're running.  You can see the version along the bottom of the screen, or in the lower right corner.  Please list the entire version number, i.e. 1.xx.xx.xxxx.

@madabanana  If you remove UI Cheats again and delete localthumbcache.package, is the problem still present?

@madabanana  Please try a new folder again, and double-check that no mods or custom content are active in the new folder.  Sometimes the game uses a different folder than a player thinks, or OneDrive redownloads content that has been removed.

If you're looking at a new save in a clean folder that's confirmed to have zero mods or cc, and the problem is still present, please post a screenshot of what you see.
