How do I get my game out of Stuck Mode while saving and can't do Reset Sim?

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
What is your current game version number? Sims 4
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Almost every single one of them.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I added a lot of new furniture and other things to a house. Then I went to save it and it froze while saving. Nothing Ive tried to do has helped.
What happens when the bug occurs? Hanging there while in saving and spinning mode!
What do you expect to see? I expect it to save and be done saving!
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

Its just hanging while saving!  Im now going to lose a lot of additions I made to a house because its just hanging there without saving!

    Thank you.  It’s what I did this time.  Just had to get out of it and do everything over again and saving more often.  Thanks for replying!

    @cem6209 If the game hangs it hangs. Sometimes you can wait it out, but never more than a few minutes. The only cure for this, is to save often, especially when building. I use a laptop with only 8GB ram, so I use a special building hood that isn't filled with sims and other houses. Also, I save my build frequently to my Library, that way I will not lose my progress even if the game hangs or crashes.

    @cem6209 You're welcome. That's one of those things that will quickly teach you to frequently save your WIP. 🙂
