How do I make my sims automatically turn immortal at a certain age?

Is there any way to make my sims age then stop aging at a certain age and basically have them immortal? I'm using the MCC and set it to "All sims are Immortal." But this feature doesn't age up babies...

I know of no mod that will do this. The straightforward option is to turn aging off and use manual aging.
