how to download NEW cc to hard drive
so i did the symbolic link and it kinda worked, it didn't transfer all my mods (idk if it bc i deleted some or bc they were lost) but i want to try to redownload them to my hard drive but i don't know how

@bbjerka Apologies for the delay. I just saw your reply. :-( Looking at your image, I see some discrepancies. The line you need to add into the command prompt (as well as the text file) is missing some characters.
There should be a / character next to the J ... MKLINK /J
There should be a \ character between each folder ... %UserProfile%\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4" "E:\The Sims 4" (or whatever path matches the location you've set up)Please make these corrections and come back to update if it worked or not.
