how to fi

Hi! I just got a brand new PC and downloaded the sims 4. everything was working great and then one day in build mode it stopped letting me place wallpapers, adjust the size of rooms, etc.

The game is great in live mode and nothing is wrong.

I had custom content downloaded but i had not unzipped the files and after i fixed it the game worked for one night.

the next day i went into build mode and for the first couple of minutes it was working fine and then it started doing the same thing again.

it does it every single time i try to play, i have deleted all my custom content and its still doing it.

also in build mode i can’t save my game at all nor will my computer let me exit out of the game. i have to completely shut down my pc in order to exit out of the game.

i’ve tried repairing, reinstalling and everything. please help!!!
