How to install Mods with the EA APP

I've downloaded some CC's but I don't know where to put them. I've repaired the game and it didn't work.I have an Eletronic Arts folder with just the EA desktop and another EA folder with the game. ...

Please read the instructions where you got, It goes in your Mods folder.
