(HQ Mod) How do I update new EP,GP,SP to work with the HQ Mod?

Question

I got the HQ mod to work but not every expansion, gamepack or stuff pack has been updated to work with it. For example, Hairs from the newest expansion cause my sim to become blacked-out.

Since I'm not talking about CC I don't know if Cmar's converter would work? Also, I don't know what files I'm supposed to look for or change either.
