HSY pack won’t let me study

i downloaded the HSY pack and I have cleared my cache, updated my mods, etc. When I am at the high school with a sim it will not let me “study for exams”. It does not give me the option at all on a computer, bookshelf or the sim itself. Then all of my sims fail their exams.
