Human Hair on Werewolf bug

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.93.146.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Cottage Living, Discover University, Island Living, Get Famous, Seasons, City Living, Get To Work, Werewolves, Vampires, Holiday Celebration Pack
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Through questions
What happens when the bug occurs? The bug occurs inside the Werewolves pack and no matter what I do, I CAN NOT remove the human hair on my werewolf and even after unlinking and randomizing the werewolf. The human head of hair remains on the Werewolf character and I have no idea how to get rid of it.
What do you expect to see? For human hair to not be on my werewolf whenever I want to make a werewolf character.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

    Hi, there
Please try the following steps for games without mods/CCs to fix outdated or broken mods/CCs.
    1. Moving your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package.
    2. Test the game without the mod.
    3. If it works normally, check for updates to your mods/CC.
    4. You can then add them back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.
    Hope your help.

You need to talk with the CC Creator. They need to disable it for werewolves. Is the same problem as some CC shoes have. Another option is to download sims4 studio and disable this cc hair for werewolves on your own.

  • Unfortunately this removes the ability for the human counterpart to wear the hair as well.

I found just turning off my CC and Mods before I go into CAS to create a werewolf works. There won't be human hair on them. Once I have them made and on a lot I turn the CC and Mods back on. :/
