@ioannabella Hi! That's really weird and frustrating. Does this happen for any household? Are you playing on a PC / Mac or on console?
If you're on PC / Mac, the first thing I suggest is a game repair. Exit the game, if it's running. Then go to your game library in Origin, right click on the game and click repair OR if you're on PC and using the EA app, click the game, click Manage and click Repair. Either way, let the repair run for all packs, even if you get a prompt that the game is ready to play.
Also, if you're on PC / Mac and using any mods, move your Mods folder to the desktop, delete the localthumbcache.package file located in the Documents / Electronic Arts / The Sims 4 folder before opening the game for testing. Then open the game to see if you still encounter the problem.

I'm on Xbox. When they got married it won't move the spouse in. And then when I went into manage world I couldn't even find the family to move them.

@SldhRaynea Try using Household Manager instead of the map. You can see *all* the Sim in the house that way, and unhoused ones too.

How do you fix this on PS4 ?

@StankChicken Which method of moving Sims in isn't working for you? The workaround to the bug of not being able to do it via gameplay is Manage Households or the World Map. If you need added support, especially since you don't have mods or CC, the bug report is here: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/Merging-households-through-dialog-doesn-t-proceed-Not-in-world/m-p/13278599

My sim disappeared when I tried manage worlds and my game freezes when I try any other methods of moving. I can't move my sim to anywhere.
