@AubPlaysGames I had the same thing happen to me. I was able to fix it by having the infant “smile” at the mom. And then the mom could interact and I had her introduce to the dad as well.

This worked for me! I made the infant smile and babble at the mother and she was then finally able to pick him up! Thanks 😊
