i cannot interact with any sim after downloading mod

I downloaded 2 mods but both of them gave me problems, the game works when i first come in but when i start playing like pressing the time buttons i cannot interact with ANY sim not anyone in the household or ANYONE ELSE either.

    @ewvksmjs3be3 Please try the following as stated, and see if the issue's gone. You don't need to save without the Mods/CC in the game you test in, just confirm if it's gone. If it's gone, you can troubleshoot finding the Mod/CC causing the issue in a new, vanilla game save:

    Exit the game. Move the Mods folder from your "The Sims 4" folder [Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4] to your desktop (save it for reference) and delete the localthumbcache.package file in your “The Sims 4” folder. Then check in a new game save to see if this issue is still occurring. You can then test without saving – or in a new vanilla game save – in order to identify which CC/Mods are causing the issue. Then remove or add updated version(s) of the Mod/CC causing the issue.
