I can't age up toddlers.

There is no option to help blow candles and no option to age up them with testingcheats. I can age up child, YA and so on but not toddlers. What mod can cause it?

thelibratine I don't know of a mod that specifically causes this, but I would suggest starting in Previously Broken mods and CC.
