Move it to another lot and see if that helps. I vaguely remember an issue with a Newcrest lot and a staircase, maybe it is the Lot you’re on?

i actually already tried that ... i also tried changing lot type to diffrent things and playing with and without ppl living there ... no luck so far ... but im gonna keep trying 🙂 ... thank you for all your help so far !!

so reinstalled the game over night and that fixed the issue. i still dont know what caused it though ....
