I can't install mods

@Leoubbou  The Mods folder is always going to be in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4.  If you don't see that folder, start the game once and look again.  And if you still don't see it, you're looking in the wrong place, as in, not the folder Sims 4 is reading.  Here's how to find that folder:

I know it's supposed to be there but my game is not in the "electronic art" file 

@Leoubbou  Your user data is inside the Documents directory.  The screenshot show a completely different folder.  Please open Documents and look inside for an Electronic Arts folder.

If you don't see one, please use the link I posted earlier to find your user folder, specifically the in-game method.  Put the game in windowed mode and take a screenshot of what you see, then post it here.
