i cant invent the satellite dish

for some reason, i cant invent the satellite dish. i've been having this issue for a few weeks. everytime they ask me to do it, i try and my sim just wont do the action. i have everything its needed to invent she just keeps not doing it.

    ok, somehow it got back to normal and now its working. maybe it was today's update (?) idk

    @onxthan Do the other things work Did you check your inventory if all items are there ? Sometimes there's phantom items in the inventory that cause the task to show you have enough when in fact you don't.

    @onxthan can you move them all out of the inventory or is one stuck ?

    Does the Sim route fail or just do nothing ?

    @crinrict yes, i can move them all and it just do nothing. you know when you tell your sim to do something and the suggestion shows up down on the left? that just dont happen when i ask my sim to invent it.
