I cant make my sims woohoo

Yeah so I cant make my sims woohoo and its not cuz of my beds are in the wrong place the option just doesn't pop up, it did once but it just disappeared like months ago. What is going on, and what can I do? Google hasn't helped nor anything on this webpage.

    @Violent_Yanderes Try removing Wonderful Whims then. If it doesn't work right, maybe it's conflicting with something. Also delete the localthumbcache after removing the mod.

    @Violent_Yanderes What sexual orientation do the Sims have ? Is it any Sim combination that won't work or a couple in particular ?

    Any mods/cc in your game ?

    Ok so the couple its one girl and one boy and the girl is bisexual and the boy is straight, I have mods for sims as in clothes and hair and faces but that's all and I tried to download wonderful Whims but it didn't work but its in the game though. Every time I open a game an empty notification pops up from Wonderful Whims and then sometimes a link pops up so I can download it even though I already have and yeah, no changes or anything with that specific mod. But it could be that, I just cant remember if I couldn't make sims woohoo when I first had the mod downloaded.
