@kachingching1 Can you try loading the game by clicking on load instead of resume and check if you can load another household ?

@crinrict I tried what you suggested but it still returns to the map and I'm not getting an error message.
- @kachingching1 Do you have any LastException files in your documents folder ?
Best is to delete the ones you have, then trigger the error and check if new ones are created.

The instructions for attaching the last-exception file are as follows:
1. click the "Reply" button in post you will reply2. click the "Spoiler" button and in opened spoiler space attach your copied LE file
Note that after the "SystemInfo:" there is some personal information about your PC. It is recommended that information other than OS and GPU type be removed.
I am not a technical person, so please wait for crin's post on how to deal with this.
