@dape491 Penthouse is not a EA lot type, that was a custom. Do you mean you want to place something that shows as penthouse or just a something on a lot in City Living or what do you mean by Penthouse lot type ?

Is this a specific lot you're trying to download or any ?

Could you post a picture of the message ?
