I can't tell what my last exception means.

I got a last exception file, and can't tell what it means. The start of it reads as follows: " 2 1234a05ab902063c5b739812 desync ea.maxis.sims4_64.15.pc 2018-08-14 20:06:20 Local.Unknown.Unk...
