I dont have any romantic interactions

For some reason romance interactions dont show up including proposal, plan a wedding or try for babies. Even when the sims aare married only one thing they can do to eachother is give romantic gift. I didnt installed anything about interactions so i dont know why is it happening. This applies to all Sims and every save.
I vouched to my sims and gave them a full romance bar, they have a lot of feelings for each other, cooking together, closeness, closeness between memories, but still nothing exept "give romantic gift". I also don't have a flirt and intimacy category, but tenderness, in which there is this one interaction.
The only mods I have are snip and MCC, but I don't think either of them is the cause of this, I've had MCC for a long time and the other mod has nothing to do with romantic interactions
