I have black lines on my items in my game

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.93.146.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Seasons , Desert Luxe Kit , Laundry Day Stuff ,
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Black lines form on items
What happens when the bug occurs? Custom content has black stripes on it. Custom content is not corrupted. Lines disappear when anti-aliasing is turned off. But the image of the game is very bad. I can't play the game for 2 weeks. My graphics card: Nvidia RTX 3050 (laptop)
What do you expect to see? No lines
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

The app doesn't land on my computer.

@riccwen Probably best to contact the creator of the cc then.

Do you have them on any EA items ?

I contacted the custom content creator. The same application was proposed.
None in Ea items.

@riccwen Do you get any error messages when trying to start the program ? I've never tried it myself so I don't know much about it but it would be good to know why it doesn't start.

@riccwen Hi! I saw your post and started doing some research. I found several different versions of the inspector and I wondered which one you tried. Please give us the name of the site where you got it but don't post any links.
Also, in your initial report, I noticed you mentioned the lines disappear when antialiasing is off. I wondered if you might try these settings under the program settings for The Sims 4. I'm on a PC, so this may look slightly different on your laptop.

My operating system Windows 11
The app is not compatible with my operating system.
That's why is doesn't open after downloading. I think it's because of the operating system. Because Windows 10 also opens.

İf it's not on this road I think I'll have to quit the game. ☹️

@riccwen Do you have it on other cc than these two ? If it fails, you can always look for different cc that's similar.

EDIT

The inspector should work with Win 11. There is a newer version from Nov 2022. It's always best to go directly to the source which in this case would be the guru3d page.
