Have a look at this AHQ post and scroll a bit down for an explanation of the 50/50 method. Even it looks a bit scaring, that method is the best way to find broken mods.

@Bonxie_MCCC Hi! thanks so much for helping me out, I tried this method but it unfortunately didn't resolve the issue. But I scanned my mods through Curse Forge and it told me which mods were out of date/corrupted, Thanks again!
