I keep getting an error message and I cant fix it (my game won't launch)

So basically, what happened was I downloaded some new CC (from creators I usually do, and never have problems with) and then I launched my game to look at all of my new stuff (it launched just fine and I could play normally). I used the Sims 4 Tray Importer to delete stuff I no longer wanted when my game was closed and then I decided to organize my CC into folders by creator name, stuff I don't want to delete, and skin details. This is when I couldn't open my game. I tried to find the problem and I couldn't (it said it couldn't open due to corrupt or missing game file or something?) the error message said to repair the files in origin (EA app now I guess) or uninstall the game and reinstall it. I couldn't find how to repair it and looked up several directions and tried at least 5 different ways and couldn't find how to repair the game files so I uninstalled and reinstalled it. It took about 7 hours and I am still getting the same message. My game will launch without the CC but it doesn't make sense to me because it launched just fine with all my new CC hours earlier. I attached a picture of the error message and my mods folder if that helps at all. (Also, I did delete some mods since I first tried to launch my game but the error message still persists).

  • @loverofthings Is it possible that during your reorganization you either accidentally duplicated a mod, or split/partially deleted something that required two files? I would try removing one of your folders at a time - just drag to desktop, don’t delete - to try to narrow down where the problem is coming from.
