I need help: How to use Tray Importer for the Sims 4 ?

I have seen many creations with the sims 4 tray importer and they all look so good, so I would like to be able to use it myself, I've already downloaded it but the problem is: I don't know how to use ...

What is it asking you to register for? Are you trying to use Winrar? Try using 7Zip to extract the files instead. https://www.7-zip.org/
