i. need. help. read this please. mods will not load when enabled

My questions never get answered but this might be my worst malfunction ever, so please someone read this. I turned off mods and scripts in the game, not the title screen, to see if mods were why all...

update, its loading one mod, WW.... but there is zero CAS CC loading. there are folders i removed with several mods (bc one became corrupt :))))) i am moving them in and seeing what happens
